Now that I switched to a true figurative sculpture class my work has improved. You can't see in this photo but this sculpture has a long braid down her back hence the name woman with braid. I'm really enjoying class at Lillstreet in Chicago. Its a long drive but the results are worth it. I really miss my old sculpture group but it seems all good things must come to an end. I'm trying to get into my home studio every week day in the morning. It's been a challenge especially when I don't feel creative.
Another milestone has occurred today. My little baby bunny turned 13. No more little girls just teenagers

My latest sculpture.
I can't believe I've neglected this blog for so long. I've come so far since I started. I've entered my first piece in a show at Lillstreet art center in Chicago. Hopefully it will be the first of many. I started here in September with figurative sculpture which I love. Here's the information for the show if anyone is in Chicago:
